It encrypts all of your order information including PO number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as it is transferred over the Internet.
Returns Policy
Any product or products being returned must be approved by Wayne Chemical, Inc. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from Wayne Chemical, Inc. A Wayne Chemical, Inc. returned goods label must be affixed to each package and/or skid. Any return without an RGA and a return goods label will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.
Chemicals being returned must be sealed, unopened, and returned in original packaging.
Equipment being returned must be properly packaged or crated and returned to Wayne Chemical, Inc. at OEM level. If not, a charge back will occur, including any parts and labor.
Up to a 25% restocking fee may be charge to the customer. Customer will prepay initial and return freight charges on authorized return.
Any specialized equipment/chemical may not qualify for a return.
Refund Policy:
Wayne Chemical, Inc. will process any refund in the form of an account credit within 30 business days of receiving your return.
